STUCK, OVERWHELMED OR DISCONNECTED FROM YOURSELF?
Take the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but find themselves emotionally drained by life circumstances, relationship challenges, past trauma, or serious mental health concerns. They’re looking for a space to talk openly and make sense of things on a deeper level. In addition to my general practice, I have advanced training in the assessment and treatment of serious mental illness. I provide recovery-oriented care to help you understand what you’re experiencing and work toward a more stable, grounded life.
Welcome, I’m Dr. Miles.
I’m a licensed psychologist providing online therapy across Texas and Maryland. I work with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and create real change in their lives.
With teens, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening confidence, and navigating school, friendships, and family relationships with more clarity and self-trust.
With adults, our work may center on easing anxiety or depression, healing from difficult experiences, improving communication, or breaking patterns that no longer serve you—especially during times of transition or stress.
Above all, therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, supported, and clear about your next steps.
